The Franklin Lake Gazebo Paver Project

Families are the foundation of The Borough of West Long Branch;
let's continue building that foundation one brick at a time!

The Borough of West Long Branch and That's My Brick!® have joined forces to raise money for our project! The WLB 250th USA Anniversary Committee is running a "buy-a-brick" campaign to create a beautiful walking path around the Franklin Lake Gazebo! Leave your legacy by engraving your family name, pet's name, loved one's name or business name on a brick that will last a lifetime!

This site automatically keeps track of our orders. If you choose to pay by check, please contact us as soon as possible to submit your donation.

How to Order

Just follow the simple step-by-step process below to place your order. Be sure you are happy with your brick design as it will look very similar to the image on your computer when completed.

Brick Paver Memorial Program – Inscription Parameters

All brick paver inscriptions shall be subject to review and approval by the Borough to ensure consistency with the purpose of the memorial program and the public nature of the property.

Inscription content shall be limited to names of individuals, families, organizations, or businesses, and to general expressions of goodwill, remembrance, or commemoration. The Borough will not accept inscriptions that contain political statements, public policy advocacy, disparaging or offensive language, or other messaging that could reasonably be interpreted as controversial or inappropriate for placement on public property.

Religious references shall be permitted only in a non-advocacy and non-doctrinal manner. For example, inscriptions identifying the name of a church, temple, synagogue, or similar organization (e.g., “ABC Church”) are acceptable. Commonly recognized religious symbols, such as a cross or a star, may also be included, provided they are presented in a respectful and non-political context.

Inscriptions that could be construed as statements of political opinion, public policy positions, or endorsements are expressly prohibited, as the placement of such content on public property could be perceived as an endorsement by the Borough.

All applicants are advised that the brick paver memorials are installed on public property. While individuals and organizations may have broader discretion regarding expression on private property, those rights do not extend to public property. The Borough reserves the right to reject any proposed inscription that does not comply with these parameters or that is otherwise inconsistent with the intent of the program or the Borough’s standards.
