Girl Scout Troop / Mosser Elementary
The Girl Scout Troop at Mosser Elementary in Allentown, PA is raising funds for a memorial to honor K9 Dog, Officer Harley of the Allentown Police Department. The memorial which includes a sculpture of the dog will be located outside the school.
