The mission of the Glad Tidings Family Life Complex, home of the Chester McGlockton Wellness Center, is to serve as a beacon of health and empowerment for both the Glad Tidings International Church (GTI) and the South Hayward communities. Our goal is to foster holistic well-being by offering educational resources, unwavering support, and opportunities for personal growth.
We aim to achieve this mission through the following objectives:
Education: We provide comprehensive educational programs aimed at equipping individuals and families with the knowledge and skills necessary to improve and maintain their physical and mental health. These programs cater to all age groups, from youth to seniors.
Support: We offer a nurturing environment where community members can find support and encouragement on their wellness journey. Whether through group activities, counseling services, or peer support networks, we strive to be a trusted ally in every individual's pursuit of health and happiness.
Safe Space: Our facility serves as a safe and welcoming space where individuals can engage in sports-related activities, participate in health and wellness events, and access vision promotion and enhancement services.
